1. What are the shipping costs?

We offer free global shipping on all orders, regardless of order value. This only applies to countries to which we ship.

3. From which countries are the orders shipped?

We have a global network of manufacturers and suppliers. Depending on the product it is possible it can be shipped from either the U.K, U.S.A, Asia, or Mainland Europe.

The dispatch location can also vary, based on supplier stock levels and the location of the buyer. Travel Mono and its partners will always try to use the closest possible supplier, to reduce delivery time.

On rare occasions your deliveries may be held at customs pending import duty. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to cover the costs of any import duty in their home countries. However, this is not a common occurrence with the low cost of our products and properly identified waybills.

4. What are delivery times for orders?

The delivery time is dependent on a number of factors. Buyer location, supplier location, and the product.

We state a delivery time of 5-28 days for all orders. But deliveries can often arrive much quicker depending on local delivery networks. 

Often manufacturers will use a tracked service. If you contact us for a delivery update maybe we can help.

5. Will my order arrive together?

If your order is dispatched directly from the manufacturer, and you have ordered products from different manufacturers, the order will be split into separate deliveries. 

This does not affect the cost of your order, as all shipping is free of charge.
